A life well lived leaves footprints in the hearts of others.
Mr Tan Ah Kow was a devoted husband, father of three, and grandfather of seven. Born in Chinatown Singapore, he spent 42 years as a master carpenter building homes across the island. Known for his quiet wisdom and generous spirit, he would always offer a helping hand to neighbours in need. He loved his morning kopi at the kopitiam, reading Lianhe Zaobao, and tending to his orchid garden. His legacy lives on in every home he built and every life he touched.

I remember Mr Tan from the neighbourhood kopitiam. He always had a story to share and time to listen. The community has lost a truly special person. My deepest condolences.
Your father was a true craftsman. The dining table he built for us has been the centre of our family gatherings for 20 years. Every scratch tells a story. Sending love to the Tan family during this difficult time.
Uncle Tan was the kindest man I knew. He built the cabinets in my first flat in Bedok back in 1998 and refused to charge extra when I was short on cash. I will never forget his generosity. Rest in peace, Uncle.
